The FIT leg of cementless fixation, which does not force the bone to adapt to the shape of the implants.The anatomical leg of the FIT cementless fixation was designed to achieve maximum stability while maintaining femoral morphology. Designed to transfer the load to the proximal femur, as in natural form. Anatomical curvature supports the pedicle medially, while the bulge (9 °) at the base of the isthmus supports the pedicle laterally. Due to the asymmetry of the implant, the distal part of the leg ensures proper filling of the canal, while at the same time preventing abnormal transfer of load on the bone and reduces the risk of pain in the thigh.
